We work to keep records correct, and a person reviews a product before its scores are published, but we cannot guarantee that every record is accurate, complete or current. Manufacturers reformulate without notice, labels vary between markets and production runs, and automated ingredient matching can be wrong. The physical label on the product you are holding always takes precedence over anything shown here.
Our scores are derived from which ingredients are present, not how much of each is used. Read the methodology page for the full model and its limitations before drawing conclusions from a number.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. If you submit a product, a photograph or a review, you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish and distribute it as part of the product record. We may edit or remove contributions, including anything unlawful, misleading or off-topic.
Product records imported from Open Food Facts are provided under the Open Database License (ODbL) and remain subject to it. Our own contributions — the additive catalogue, descriptions, synonym layer and scoring model — are our intellectual property and may not be scraped or redistributed in bulk without permission.
